About SourcingPromo
About us
We book capacity at factories that do one narrow thing well. We quote several of them for every order, hold the inspection, consolidate the cartons and ship on the date we gave you.
The problem with factory-direct
Buying straight from factories is usually more work, not less
A distributor buying in the US deals with one supplier per item, in one currency, on one invoice. Buying in China, the same five-item order is five relationships — and the work lands on whoever placed it.
-
One order becomes five suppliers
Totes, bottles, pens, cables and notebooks come from different factories with different MOQs, payment terms and holiday calendars. Each one needs its own quote chased and its own deposit paid.
-
The date you get is only half a date
A factory quotes production days. It does not quote the channel, the port, the customs clearance or the delivery — so the in-hands date is still short by the part nobody priced.
-
Nobody consolidates your cartons
Factories ship pallets and containers, not four cartons. Without a consolidation point, five small orders stay five shipments, five freight bills and five arrival dates.
-
The inspection answers to the factory
A factory’s own checker reports to the factory. The check that protects your margin is the one done by someone whose only job is the check.
That is the desk work we sell: the quoting, the chasing, the checking and the consolidation, priced into one itemised quotation instead of hidden in a unit price.
Scope
What we take on, and what we do not
Do
What we do
- We quote several factories for the same item and tell you which one we chose and why.
- We hold the checkpoints: first article, mid-run and pre-shipment, with photos at each.
- We collect cartons from different factories and ship them as one DDP delivery.
- We price the product, the print, the setup and the freight as separate lines, and publish the unit tiers.
- We answer inside 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, including items that are not in the catalogue.
- We say no when a date cannot be held, rather than quote it anyway.
Don’t
What we do not do
- We do not own a factory or a production line.
- We do not print our own logo on your goods; the logo on the box is yours.
- We do not hand over a single blended all-in price with the freight buried inside it.
- We do not accept a rush date a factory cannot actually hold.
- We do not skip the sample to save a week of lead time.
The factory network
We hold the factory to the date, in three places
For every order we ask more than one factory for capacity, pick on the date rather than on the lowest quote alone, and then check the run at three fixed points. Photos and a progress note come back from each one.
-
01
First article
The first piece off the line is checked against the approved sample: colour, print position, size, material, packaging.
-
02
Mid-run
Part-way through production we check that the run still matches the first article, and count what has actually been made against the date.
-
03
Pre-shipment
Cartons are counted, sampled and photographed before the balance is released and before anything is loaded for the channel.
A factory we have not run before gets the same three checks, with the first article sent to you for approval rather than only kept on file.

The figures we can stand behind
-
24h
Quote turnaround
Every enquiry is priced by a person at your quantity, Monday to Saturday.
-
4
SKUs with public prices
Three quantity tiers each, ex-works FOB, visible without an account. Anything outside the catalogue is still quotable.
-
10–15
Fastest door-to-door, days
Factory-ready items on the fast track. Full custom runs take longer, and the quotation says which one you are getting.
We are a sourcing office in Yiwu, not a factory. You send the brief; we find the workshop, hold the sample, check the goods and put everything in one container.
Next step
Tell us what you need to have in hand, and when.
A product, a quantity and an in-hands date is enough. If the item is not in the catalogue, send a photo or a reference link and we will find the factory for it.
