How your logo gets on it

The print method decides the setup cost, the artwork you have to send, and how many colors the surface will hold. Each page below says what it can promise and what it cannot.

Twelve methods, one question: will the mark stay on that surface, at that volume, for that price. Each page says what the method can promise, what it cannot, and what drives the cost.

Curved Screen

A flexible screen wraps around a cylinder, so bottles and tumblers print in one pass.

Setup $50.00 from $0.33/unit 1 product

Debossing / Embossing

A heated die presses the logo into leather or paper, leaving a blind (uncolored) impression.

Setup $55.00 from $0.32/unit 1 product

Embroidery

A sewing machine stitches your logo in thread; the number of thread colors is the cost driver.

Setup $80.00 from $0.90/unit 0 products

Etching

Acid or a stencil cuts a shallow mark into metal, usually filled or left as texture.

Setup $60.00 from $0.30/unit 0 products

Laser Engraving

A laser burns the surface away, leaving a permanent mark in the material's own color.

No setup from $0.40/unit 1 product

Pad Printing

A silicone pad lifts ink from an etched plate and presses it onto small or curved parts.

Setup $35.00 from $0.28/unit 1 product

Puff Printing

A special ink expands under heat as it cures, leaving a raised, soft print.

Setup $45.00 from $0.42/unit 0 products

PVC / Rubber Patch

A mold is cut to your logo and a PVC or rubber patch is cast from it, then sewn or glued on.

Setup $150.00 from $0.60/unit 0 products

Screen Printing

Ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto the surface, one screen per color.

Setup $45.00 from $0.35/unit 2 products

UV Printing

A print head lays UV-cured ink directly onto the item, photo-quality.

No setup from $0.55/unit 2 products

Woven Labels

Your logo is woven into a label on a loom, then sewn onto the item.

Setup $120.00 from $0.45/unit 1 product

Setup and print prices shown are one-color reference figures used by the quote calculator. Your artwork and surface decide the real number, and it is always a separate line on the quote.

Not sure which method fits your logo?

Send the artwork and the item. If a method will not hold your logo on that surface, we say so before you order — that is the point of quoting it first.
