Who we are

What we collect

What you send us: the details you enter in a quote request, contact form or email — your name, company, email, phone number, country, the products and quantities you are looking at, your target date, delivery addresses, and any artwork, logo files, photos or reference links you attach.

What the site records automatically: the technical information your browser sends when it loads a page, such as your IP address and browser type, which we use for security and to keep spam out of the forms. A download link may also ask for an email address; that address is used to send the file you asked for, and asking for a file is not permission to market to you.

What we use it for

To quote your request, sample it, produce it and ship it; to answer your questions; to keep the order record straight for repeat orders; and to protect the site from spam and abuse. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Your logo, artwork and product files

The artwork you send stays yours. We use it only to quote, sample and produce your order, and we share it with the factory or testing lab working on that order on the understanding that it is not to be used for anyone else. Your files are kept with the order record so a repeat order does not need re-sending; tell us and we will delete them.

Who we share it with

Only the parties a specific order needs: the factory producing it, the freight forwarder shipping it, a testing lab if you ask for testing, and the services that host the site and deliver our email. Each of them receives only what their part of the job requires.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep a session working: remembering what you entered in a form, keeping you signed in if you have an account, and remembering your details if you leave a comment. We do not use cookies of our own to follow you across other websites. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may then stop working.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept while there is a chance you will order. Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, warranty and repeat-order purposes. Ask us and we will delete anything we are not required to keep.

Your choices

Email sales@sourcingpromo.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will tell you what we did.

Children

This site is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
