How we work
The same four steps for one item or for five, and the same four the day a factory misses a date: quote on real capacity, approve before printing, check at three points, ship as one delivery.

Quote against real capacity
Several factories are asked for the same item. The one chosen is the one that can hold the date, not simply the one that quoted lowest — and the choice is written out in the quotation.

Approve before printing
The artwork is checked and a proof is sent, and a new factory sends the first article to you rather than only keeping it on file. Nothing is printed before that approval.

Check the run at three points
First article, mid-run and pre-shipment, with photos at each one and a progress note. The check is done by the desk that sells the order, not by the factory that makes it.

Consolidate and deliver
Cartons from different factories are collected and leave as one DDP delivery, so five small orders do not become five freight bills and five arrival dates.
Where we are
A desk in Yiwu next to the factories, and a US office for the time zones and the paperwork. Both are answered in English, and the first reply to a new request comes within 24 hours on working days.
