Solutions

Promotional products bought, checked, consolidated and delivered for the distributors who sell them: one desk for the quoting, the factory, the inspection and the freight.

How we work together

One order, four steps, and the same four whether it is one item or five. Weekends and public holidays are not counted in any of the reply times below.

  1. You send the brief

The item, the quantity, and the date you need it in hand. A photo, a spec sheet or a spreadsheet of items is enough when nothing in the catalogue fits.

  2. We price it against real capacity

Several factories are asked for the same item and the choice is made on the date, not only on the lowest quote. The first reply comes within 24 hours on working days.

  3. Sample and proof before the run

Nothing is printed until the artwork is checked and the sample is approved by you. The logo on the box is your client’s, never ours.

  4. Checked, consolidated, delivered

First article, mid-run and pre-shipment are checked with photos at each point, then the cartons from different factories leave as one DDP delivery.

Your customer relationship stays yours

A distributor is judged on the order it hands over. Everything below exists so that the work behind it never shows up in front of your client.

  • Our name is not on your goods

We do not print our own logo on your goods: the branding on the box and on the product is your client’s.

  • We never contact your customer

Every question, change and delay comes back to you, and the account stays yours. Nothing leaves this desk addressed to your client.

  • The price you forward is itemised

Product, decoration and freight are quoted as separate lines, so what you send on is a cost you can put your own margin on rather than one blended number.

  • One quotation, one consolidation point

However many factories an order takes, it comes back as one quotation and one delivery date, and the factories stay behind it.

Next step

Tell us what you need to have in hand, and when.

A product, a quantity and an in-hands date is enough to start. If the item is not in the catalogue, send a photo or a reference link and we will find the factory for it.
