Why a reference price changes with quantity

Updated 31/10/2026

The short answer

A reference price belongs to one quantity, one shipping channel and one decoration. Move any of the three and the number moves with it.

What this covers

How to read the price on a product page, and what to tell us when your quantity is not one of the published steps.

A reference price is not a price list. It belongs to one quantity, one shipping channel and one decoration. Change any of the three and the number changes with it.

The quantity matters twice over. The product itself gets cheaper per piece as the order grows, and the freight for the whole shipment is spread across more pieces. That is why a hundred pieces and a thousand pieces can differ by more than the product alone would suggest.

The channel matters just as much: the same carton costs a different amount by express, by air and by sea, and the transit time moves with it.

When your quantity sits between the published steps, we quote it by hand rather than guessing a number in between. Send the quantity you actually need; it is a normal request, not an exception.
