This is a quote request, not a shopping cart: nothing is charged or reserved here. A person reads the item, the quantity and the files, prices it by hand and answers with one itemised quote. First human reply within 24 hours on working days; weekends and public holidays do not count.

The unit prices on the product pages are reference prices for the quantity shown. The figure that counts is the one in your quote, which confirms the quantity, the print and the freight together.

One file may be up to 20 MB, you can send at most 10 files, and they may add up to 100 MB. Allowed: PDF, XLSX, XLS, CSV, JPG, PNG, WEBP, AI, EPS. Artwork can also follow later; we can quote without it.

What happens after you send

We read the specification. The items, the quantities, the files and the date you need them. If something is missing we ask once, in one email.
We price it by hand. The product, the print or decoration, any one-off plate fee and the freight are quoted separately, per unit and in total.
You get one quote back. Nothing is charged here, and nothing is ordered until you say so.
